Four floater players are leading the race in a Petrobras tender for the charter of a floating production, storage and offloading vessel for the planned revitalisation of the mature Albacora field in Brazil’s Campos basin.
Last year, the Brazilian state giant launched a tender to contract a mid-sized FPSO for the ageing Campos basin deep-water development, with commercial bids now scheduled for 3 July.
