An alliance of Oslo-listed Subsea 7 and Schlumberger-owned OneSubsea has won a major contract to develop the 1 trillion cubic foot Anchois gas discovery, Morocco’s first ever offshore project and one that may cost up to $500 million.
UK-based independent Chariot Oil & Gas, operator off the Anchois discovery, has signed a collaboration agreement with the Subsea Integration Alliance (SIA) to carry out the front-end design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation and operation of the project offshore Morocco’s Atlantic coast.
