ConocoPhillips has signalled plans to exit the flagship producing Corridor asset onshore Sumatra — the latest heavyweight eyeing an upstream departure from Indonesia.

The US oil giant has verbally informed the authorities of its plans to relinquish its operated 54% interest in the Corridor production sharing contract, according to officials at upstream regulator SKK Migas.
