Portugal’s Galp Energia has reported its second quarterly loss this year amid the Covid-19 pandemic, as its revenues dropped.

Galp reported a loss for the third quarter of €23 million ($27 million) compared to a profit of €101 million in the corresponding quarter of 2019. For the second quarter of 2020, the company saw a loss of €52 million.

Galp’s earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) fell in the third quarter to €401 million from €619 million a year earlier.
