Outgoing World Petroleum Council President Tor Fjaeran has been at the helm of the organisation during an exciting and, at times, turbulent 48-month period, taking in the global Coronavirus pandemic and culminating in the run-up to the 23rd World Petroleum Congress that opened yesterday.
