FloaTec spars for Great White

FLOATING production contractor FloaTec has developed a slimmer and more buoyant spar concept as the joint venture founded by J Ray McDermott and Keppel Fels focuses on reeling in its first big contract award, possibly at Shell's Great White project in the Gulf of Mexico.
