Kikeh shows way to bigger GAP

THE novel near-surface gravity actuated pipe (GAP) pipe bundle system for oil transfer evolved by contractor SBM Offshore and pioneered at Malaysia´s deep-water Kikeh field is undergoing further development studies to examine its potential for longer lengths, its application in harsher environments and for bundles that contain more and bigger flowlines.
