Oxy solution for New Mexico CO2

Two units owned by US oil company Occidental Petroleum have agreed to pay $11.6 million in unpaid royalties on the carbon dioxide they use to keep oil flowing at fields in the south-western Permian basin, according to New Mexico's State Land Office and the state's attorney general.
