The facility will enable in-house ISO14310 validation testing of Peak product lines up to the highest V0-Grade, or zero gas leak. Testing can be conducted at temperatures up to 200° C (392° F) and pressures of up to 15,000 psi for prolonged periods of time in simulated gas wells.
The test bay can accommodate test fixtures up to 30 feet (9 metres) in length and 9 5/8 inch in diameter, and is equipped with a 16-channel recording system for remote monitoring and measurement of digital test data.
