US LNG export facility Freeport LNG may not reach the objective of returning to service in 2022, as the facility has reportedly yet to seek permission from federal regulators to restart operations.
Multiple media reports from late Monday US time indicated that Freeport has informed customers anticipating LNG cargoes before the end of the year that the facility will not return to service until 2023.
