Khalid Rahman, energy reform leader in Pakistan's Energy Ministry, told delegates at the 7th FPSO & FLNG & FSRU Global Summit held by CDMC in Shanghai two weeks ago that his country’s existing natural gas reservoirs are depleting at a rate of around 10% per annum.
