The Canadian player is getting a 51% stake in the East Jabung PSC from compatriot Pan Orient Energy, with an initial wildcat in sight.
Pan Orient, which recently said it was in exclusive talks to farm down its stake in the PSC, is getting $8 million up front from Talisman as well as a $10 million commitment towards the first exploration well on the acreage.
