The Irving, Texas-headquartered oil giant said that it was the 21st consecutive year that ExxonMobil had fully replaced its production with a reserve replacement ratio of more than 100%, with an average rate of 123% over the past decade.
Chief executive Rex Tillerson credited the reserve replacement record to “the size and diversity of ExxonMobil’s resource base along with its project execution and technical capabilities”.
