The list is dominated by Mexican companies, topped by well-known providers who have a long history working for Pemex in various capacities, including for multiple service contracts now known as Cieps and Cops.
There are a total of 51 bidding groups, 33 individuals and 18 consortia. They represent 80 companies of which 53 are Mexican.
