The company said the data acquisition would start around mid-September “after a number of unexpected environmental and administrative issues with local bureaucracy have been cleared”.

ADX had completed about 90 kilometres of the 2D shoot earlier this year before a decision was made in April to temporarily suspend the programmedue to unusually heavy rains and local flooding.

The programme, which comprised a total of 100 kilometres of 2D and 100 square kilometres of 3D seismic data, was originally scheduled to pick up again around mid-July.
