AEP makes $251m Springer move

An affiliate of Aubrey McClendon's American Energy Partners has signed a $251 million deal with Double Eagle Petroleum and other parties for non-operated assets in Oklahoma's Scoop and Stack plays with exposure to the emerging Springer shale.
