AEP wins Armour bid war

Shareholders in Armour Energy have approved a bid by Aubrey McClendon’s American Energy Partners (AEP) to take a partial ownership stake in the Australian explorer that will pave the way for AEP to farm in to prospective shale acreage in Australia.
