The well, on the Ebok North Fault block, was drilled by the Transocean Adriatic IX jack-up drilling rig and reached a total vertical and measured depth of 4320 feet after being spudded on 12 April.
Targeting a separate fault block structure located to the north of the main Ebok field, the pay found was in equivalent sands to those developed at the main Ebok field development.
