Africa Oil plans Puntland transfer

Canada-listed Africa Oil will transfer its stake in two production sharing agreements in the Somali territory of Puntland to Denovo Capital, in which it is soon to own 50%.

Forward looking: Africa Oil will hold a 50% stake in Denovo Capital, soon to be Horn Petroleum, once settlement of a placement is completed.
