Agency calls halt to Cabot frac ops

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has stopped all hydraulic fracturing in Susquehanna County by US independent Cabot Oil & Gas after three hydraulic fracture fluid spills at the same location in less than a week.
