The sale of Frontica Business Solutions, made on a debt- and cash-free basis, does not include the staffing business Frontica Advantage, which will stay in the Akastor group.
The deal will see Akastor book an accounting gain of some Nkr500 million in the fourth quarter, and see approximately Nkr900 million of cash released to the company. The deal is set to close in the final quarter.
