The engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning deal covers platform modifications at Sleipner to facilitate the North Sea field project.
Statoil has exercised its option for the contract under an award to the Norwegian contractor of preliminary engineering work on the scheme earlier this year.
The field will have a subsea template connected by pipeline to the Sleipner T processing and CO2 removal platform and by umbilical to the Sleipner A processing, drilling and living quarters platform.
