Aker Solutions eyes Caspian patch

Norwegian oilfield services player Aker Solutions is teaming up with Kazakh outfit KGNT to establish a 50/50 joint venture named Aker Caspian to service the offshore oil and gas industry in the Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea.
