Kuala Lumpur-listed Alam won the letter of award for subcontract work covering final positioning and mooring system hook-up work.
This will include flexible riser installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning of the pipeline, pipeline ends terminal and riser from the KAKG-A platform to the floater.
The value of the contract is 53.5 million ringgit ($12.47 million), with the deal tentatively running until the end of April.
