The Australia-listed company said on Monday it had entered into a binding heads of agreement to farm out a 70% share of its PEL 570 oil and gas exploration permit to Outback Energy Hunter.
Under the deal, Outback will pay all costs, including Ambassador’s 30% share, in the first five-year term of the block up to a maximum of A$50 million.
