The deal for the subsea tie-back to the field from the Ternplatform comes after Amec completed front-end engineering and design work onthe project.
Amec will also provide commissioning support for the projectwith work to begin immediately and carry through until the end of next year.
No contract value was given by Amec.
Taqa won approval in April from UK authorities to pressahead with the brownfield development in the northern part of the North Sea.
