American Patriot has signed letters of intent with two private US companies to gain a 100% interest in their oil and gas assets.
These include a 100% working interest in roughly 22,311 net acres in Utah’s Grand and San Juan Counties, along with a 66.67% working interest in 356 net acres in Gaines County, Texas.
American said the assets included over 23 well bores and currently produced roughly 90 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
