The UK Department of Energy and Climate change has extended the plan submission date from June 2012, Antrim said, though its target date for first production from UK Central North Sea licence P077 Block 21/28a remained the fourth quarter of 2014.
Antrim said it planned to minimise initial capital spending by using a small floating mini-Spar facility combined with a phased approach to allow early production revenue to fund additional development.
