Armour revealed Friday it was now on title for all 17 production licences, three exploration licences and four pipeline licences it agreed to buy from Origin in September last year.
The tenements cover 3000 square kilometres and include infrastructure connecting directly into the major gas hub at Wallumbilla, Queensland, as well as the 100% owned Newstead gas storage facility.
Armour chief executive Robbert de Weijer said the company was pleased to have completed the acquisition.
