The Sengkang project will be Energy World's second LNG facility and the first plant configured using modular liquefaction components.
The project will include development of Arup's All Concrete Liquefied Natural Gas (ACLNG) storage tank with an 80,000 cubic metre capacity.
The tank will be built by Hong Kong based Slipform Engineering within the next 24 months. T he plant is due to be operational by end of 2009.
