"We have listened carefully and halted hostilities in the Niger Delta," the group said in a statement posted on its website on Monday. "We expect a genuine and positive attitude to restructuring and self-determination for every component unit of Nigeria."
The apparent ceasefire comes about a week after the NDA said it would support talks to de-escalate conflict that has been simmering in the region since May.
