Baghdad 'no legal right' to block ExxonMobil

Baghdad has no legal right to cancel a major oil contract with ExxonMobil in retaliation for its involvement in semi-autonomous Kurdistan, the head of Iraq's parliamentary oil and energy committee said on Tuesday.
