Balder arrives late to work at Heidelberg

Heerema Marine Contractors' deep-water construction vessel Balder has arrived on site to continue installation work at Anadarko Petroleum's Heidelberg spar project, having been delayed in the aftermath of Chevron's Big Foot fiasco.
