LNG Ltd chief executive Michael Vesey called the Nova Scotia Environment (NSE) approval an endorsement of the company’s proprietary optimised single mixed refrigerant technology, which he said was “one of the lowest emitters” for LNG liquefaction.
“We are confident that our proprietary technology will meet the new GHG performance standards that have been proposed by NSE.”
