The asset package includes 126,000 net acres of mineral rights, 16,000 acres of non-participating royalty interests and another 11,000 acres of over-riding royalty interests.
There is about 850 barrels of oil equivalent per day of current production and proved reserves of 2 million barrels of oil equivalent associated with the package.
The acreage spans 20 states in total but most is located in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana.
