'Blocks not ceded to Brunei'

Malaysia’s Petronas said it is still in talks with Brunei to jointly develop two blocks in contested waters of the South China Sea, refuting an earlier allegation put forth by Malaysia’s former Prime Minister that the government has ceded the two blocks to Brunei.
