The London-listed contractor will build the operational base and accommodation complex for the project some 350 kilometres south-west of the capital Muscat, it said on Tuesday.
The value of the deal is around £80 million ($123.64 million).
The accommodation complex will be able to house 250 people. Work on the contract will start in September and is expected to be completed by mid-2017.
