The UK supermajor now has an 82.75% interest in the development that is expected to produce 1.2 billion cubic feet per day of gas when fully on stream in 2019.
Production is set to start in 2017, with the project developing 5 trillion cubic feet of gas and 55 million barrels of condensates.
