Under the 34th phase of the Car Wash probe - dubbed Operation X-Files - police are investigating corruption and money laundering allegations involving the construction of two floating production, storage and offloading vessels to Petrobras to operate in the Santos basin pre-salt province.
According to investigators, the Integra consortium, formed by Brazilian players OSX and Mendes Junior, signed a contract with Petrobras worth $922 million to carry out integration of the twin P-67 and P-70 FPSOs, despite having little tradition in the floater market.
