BSEE: No damage to Shell capping stack

Inspectors for the US Bureau of Safety & Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) have confirmed that the capping stack to be used for Shell's proposed drilling campaign off Alaska was not damaged after an incident that sent an icebreaker vessel to the shipyard.
