Buccaneer said Thursday that it had executed a binding participation agreement and joint operating agreement to allow EOS to earn a 50% working interest in the offshore Southern Cross unit, the offshore North Cook Inlet deep oil rights and the onshore West Eagle project.
EOS also has an option to earn 50% equity in Buccaneer’s offshore North West Cook Inlet unit under the same terms.
