Burst Gulf pipeline spills 21,000 gallons

Plains All American Pipeline's High Island pipeline has been ruptured by a ship's anchor, spilling about 21,000 gallons of oil and shutting in at least 4000 barrels per day from Apache and other Gulf of Mexico producers.
