A test over the upper zone of the well has seen flows of up to 1680 barrels of fluid per day with 50% to 70% high quality 41.6 degree API oil.
Buru said Friday that, due to the limited oil and water storage facilities at the well site, it had made the decision to shut the well in for a 24-hour pressure buildup and a static gradient pressure survey.
