Cabot's chief financial officer Scott Schroeder said the company is drilling ahead on its latest Eagle Ford well and plans to drill a total of three wells in the play by the end of the year.
It drilled three wells early this year and released its rig in March.
The wells are being drilled "to meet our operating commitments" in order to hold acreage in the Eagle Ford, Schroeder said at the Enercom Oil & Gas Conference in Denver on Monday.
