Inspectors found defects in the liner intended to prevent oil or gas from leaking into groundwater at a Susquehanna County well, according to a 19 September notice of violation from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Bloomberg reported.
The violation was reported earlier today by the Scranton Times-Tribune.
