Delmo, an Australian mining, energy and infrastructure investment firm focused on Argentina, acquired the coal exploration rights to more than 6000 square kilometres in the Claromeco coal basin and planned to connect an initial 300 Megawatt power plant to the local and national electricity grid in the country.
Carbon announced on Tuesday that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Delmo, agreeing to provide its keyseam technology and related services for the project.
