Carrizo kicks off Niobrara push

US shale player Carrizo Oil & Gas said crews have prepped a well pad on it's leasehold in northern Weld County, Colorado in the Niobrara shale oil play and the company has secured a rig to drill the first Niobrara horizontal well in its programme there.
