Other plans for delivery of the subsea, umbilicals, risers and flowlines vessels – Cecon Pride, Cecon Excellence and Cecon Sovereign – were being negotiated, Cecon said.
“During the process up until the withdrawal the yard was made ready for a start-up in mid-June,” the company said.
“Based on successful negotiations and development we expect possible delays to be minor.”
Cecon Pride was scheduled for delivery from Davie Canada in 2012, with the other two vessels to be delivered in 2013.
