Survey duo CGG and Searcher Seismic have kicked off a seismic reprocessing project covering data over Western Australia’s offshore Carnarvon basin.
Searcher revealed Thursday work had started on the broadband pre-stack depth migration reprocessing of about 1668 square kilometres of 3D seismic data.
The project covers the Western portion of the existing Foxhound 3D Seismic survey, which was previously acquired by the two companies, and includes coverage to the 2016 Australian acreage release.
