Charger plans to expand its holdings to more than 85,000 acres and target over 100 horizontal well locations across multiple horizons, the company said Thursday.
As previously reported by Upstream, Charger told securities regulators last week that it had raised $626.8 million in equity from 23 investors.
The company said Thursday that it received an additional $300 million "runway" commitment from Oaktree.
